Great super fresh food, but A LOT of people queuing for food once you get in, plus on weekends you only have 90 minutes for lunch, so it's super rushed to queue and easy the food...

Get their early as the queues are long and the food is very ordinary

We went in for breakfast. There is a large and excellent buffet featuring western foods and Japanese foods. Food was tasty with a wide selection from both cuisines. They have several drink stations featuring machines dispensing coffee and coffee drinks and also green tea latte and iced green tea.Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive, quickly cleaning tables to help minimize the wait during the busy periods.

One of the grandest buffet in Tokyo, it has a wide range and variety of selections. There is Europe, Chinese, and of course Japanese selection available.In addition, several demonstration is available for you to see and understand how your food has been prepared.The desert range is aplenty too.

Use at dinner time. On the way back from the aquarium, I always eat dinner at Shinagawa Prince, but this image was always quite crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. If you went without a reservation, it was good to see if the timing was good.It was good that my daughter was happy because the dessert was substantial (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) Gelato is delicious. Is the taste of rice relatively normal? The variety of buffet is plentiful and fun.

The place is clean and seems very professional on the outside only to be welcomed with a false atmosphere on the inside. The food was bland and cold. The buffet line is unorganized and nothing short of havoc. To top things off, for the staff, while dressed professional they acted anything but professional towards the customer. As an example imagine ordering a relaxing mimosa to kickstart your experience only to be tricked into paying 24 dollars for minute maid orange juice after already paying 50 dollars each for lunch. To end this review and to paint your imagination your allotted time for your dining experience is 90 minutes we left within 30 minutes

Great lunch buffet with a selection of Western, Japanese and Chinese food, plus an exceptionally good cakes and deserts. Well worth the (about) 4000 Yen.

It's the first time I go to hotel restaurant for breakfast with 15 minutes waiting in line. And what is worse that I don't know that they don't allow slipper's use inside restaurant. So I was sent out with the servant in charge, but luckily they give me card that should be given to the front desk lady in the restaurant, without another queue. Definitely such an experience. The food is so so, but many Japanese culinary if you're fond of it.

<Lunch> Hotel buffet which is frequented by locals as they have unlimited crab (+sushi + roast beef etc) which is expensive in Tokyo. Worth the price if you want a little of everything. The place is huge but is still usually fully packed on weekends & holidays so best to make reservations in advance. *PS: scooped ice cream will not include the fruits on display :P

The price for 1 adult goes up to around 3,000 yen. There is a Westernized and Japanese breakfast available. In addition, there will be some event related section.

Really nice hall with a large variety of food like crab legs, fruit bar, udon, curry, a dessert bar, etc. I thought the sushi was kinda subpar, but the desserts and other food makes up for it. My favorite would have to be the udon and the karaage and the coconut cake from the dessert section. Otherwise, quite standard buffet fare for 60,000 yen.

It’s a good idea to make reservations. Food selection and service was excellent. It worth the price.they even had food that my 8 year old liked on of course the deserts... I highly recommend this place.

Service is great, u can come anytime as long as table is available, they are not strict about check in time. The course ¥3400 is for 90min and this time is enough. Food is not great, all the food is average. I just recommend the sweat corner.

I went for dinner for the first time ~ ♪ I heard rumors that it was popular and delicious, but it was a good buffet! Featured dishes such as tuna sushi and roast beef were also delicious. The store had a high ceiling and a sense of openness. It is a gorgeous feeling, but it also has many children. As I was running around, I was terrified when carrying food. .

It’s in a good location and I suppose the hotel brand is kind of upscale for Japan but in reality is very mediocre. Buffet lunch room is huge and could probably sit over 200 people at lunch. I think we paid around 5000-7000 yen mark for lunch. The highlight here is the crab that is available at lunch and you can eat as much as you like. Apart form that, the food here isn’t the best or is so delicious again it’s very passable. I think this is a good place for a staff lunch if there is a big group or maybe a birthday party if you need a kind of fancy place with good seating. The staff do their best but in this hotel brand there is a serious lack of English-speakers.

In December 2017, we used it together with the Shinagawa Prince Hotel overnight on Christmas date. It was a buffet dining that I had been interested in for a long time, but it was a masterpiece space that was not rumored. You can spend a relaxing time in an atmosphere like an aquarium or an aquarium, as if you are healing water. PERFECT CHRISTMAS EVE LUNCH. AWESOME SERVICE AND FOOD.

BREAKFAST had some decent Japanese food like salmon, pickled veggies, rice, udon etc. but for the most part the buffet was no better than an office cafeteria, if that. The entire western food section (eggs, bacon, sausage) was cold with no microwaves nearby. Salad leaves were crisp but slightly browning. For 2500 per person, local restaurants in the area are a better bet.

Meat and crab quite good, delicious desserts. The others are so so.

The service was fantastic, the facilities and atmosphere was great; however, the food was quite average (although the deserts were good)

I have eaten here twice. Once for dinner buffet, in which, was quite good. However, stayed one night and had the breakfast which was terrible. Staff are horrible. I never understood how people can applaud service in Japan. I have been living here for 5 years and never received the type of service that is ordinary in America. Japanese are lazy and treat their job as such. Plus, they just don’t know how to treat customers. If you want an experience of this sort find another place. Prince hotel is terrible and overpriced

Book ahead..buffet was stunning..the desserts to die for....

We used it for lunch on weekdays, but it was unexpectedly crowded. Inside the store is a very calm space where the sun is inserted through the large windows and the ceiling is high. The price is about 4000 yen, which is a little high, but I felt the quality of each dish was high and affordable.

Crabs!!Came here to celebrate my mother’s birthday. When I mentioned that it was her birthday on the phone when reserving, the staffs came to congratulate her the day and even printed photo out of us in a frame.
